Eversince we installed NCM on our additional pollers, managing the FoE on additional poller has been a headache. Due to this bug, we are unable to start FoE service in additional poller. It sucks to not be able to use a product after paying for it. What is Solarwinds doing regarding this bug?
The only workaround provided by support is to issue a temporary key valid for 2 months and we have to reinstall it every 2 months? Can they at least provide a key valid until my maintenance license expires?
