Documentation is available at the time of GA. Draft documentation accompanies the Release Candidate. Unfortunately betas include very limited documentation if any, though Bronx is typically good about providing the basics to help beta participants get started with new features included in the beta. As for the situation you describe above, very little if any documentation is really necessary. Once the Agent is deployed to an endpoint, any script monitors assigned to that host will execute locally where the agent is installed. E.G. it's really no different than it is today, other than if an agent is installed on the host the script monitor is assigned the script executes through the agent and not on the Orion server itself.
