Problems sending emails when Solarwinds is installed on WinServ 2012

Hi guys,

I´m having problems sending emails when an alert triggers. When a ran some test I was using Windows 2007 and everything was fine.

But now some of our clients have installed Solarwinds on Windows server 2012 and when the alert triggers it doesn´t send an email.

I´m using my Gmail account as a test.

• Hostname or IP Address of SMTP Server: smtp.gmail.com
• SMTP Port Number: 465
• Enable SSL
• Enable This SMTP Server requires Authentication
