mharvey's point is very valid. We had numerous issues during deployment of the initial product due to problems with the code (it didn't support complex passwords, for example) that stretched our deployment to over 6 months. Technical support is via forum only and certainly not responsive enough for a large mission critical deployment. Lack of report customizations and tracking data make this a nice to have reference, but nothing I would bet my job on holding up to real production deployment.
