Can you edit in report writer reports created in NPM under 'Manage Reports'?

I have created reports using the report builder within NPM under 'Manage Reports' and was wondering if I can open them in the Report Writer application on the Solarwinds server directly?

I have checked the reports location here C:\Program Files (x86)\SolarWinds\Orion\Reports but can not see the reports I created.
