We've got everything set up and SNMP is polling and pulling information from each switch correctly...except the IOS Version and the Operating System. We are managing all Cisco switches and I thought it'd be fairly simple to get it going, but no luck.
The Description appears, and it shows that information that I would expect to be in the "IOS Version" block, but it's just blank. I've tried running a report (comes back empty) and I've tried rediscovering and still no luck.
