We have been trying to get reports to work when you use the Export to PDF function. The icon images are not displaying properly.
Capture1 is what the report looks like when we use the Export to PDF function.
Capture is what happens when we use Print and print to a PDF. This is ideally what we would want the Export to PDF function to look like.
I have submitted a ticket to try and get the issue resolved but I wanted to see if the community had any possible solutions. I have tried IE, Chrome and Mozilla. I am running NPM 11, NTA 4.1 RC.
Is anyone else having this issue? Has anyone found a solution?
The solution was to disable IIS Bindings. We are looking into changing configuration files to allow IIS Bindings and get full function from it. Thanks for the help everyone.
