The problem we are trying to solve with updating the Service Tag is if we RMA a device; we don't want to lose any of the data for that device. When a device is RMA'd our automation makes the device exactly like the previous device, the only thing that changes is the ServiceTag. What is the best way to handle this in Orion? Would we just need to re-discover the device?
