I meant if you were to telnet manually from Putty, what is the prompt to enter to user name?
NCM Win32 interface is most definitely there with NCM 6.1, and is part of the NCM installer. Simply browse via Windows start menu on the NCM server to locate it. You can find the Session Trace settings under File > Settings or something like that (very old version, so don't remember exactly where it is)
