Occassionally it can be caused by resources on the page. I oftentimes find that thwack resources and syslog or event resources cause the heaviest hit on page load, and usually remove these. One tool SolarWinds provides can be found in the Log Adjuster (Start > All Programs > SolarWinds Orion > Documentation and Support). Launching the log adjuster you will see and entry for Hubble Active. Set this to On, then click apply. When you refresh the page a red bar will appear across the top of the website and allow you to see how long the page is taking to load. Clicking on Details will allow you to see the different web and SQL calls and their load times. This may help out. Just note, that when Hubble is on, all users on the website will see it on the top of their pages.
