Configuring the Orion Syslog Port

Dear Team,

I need to configure Configuring the Orion Syslog Port, but I cannot find out the following folder in my server C:\Program Files\SolarWinds\Orion\Orion\SyslogService\

Orioin core administrator guide is saying that I need to edit the above file.

I can reach up to here  C:\Program Files\SolarWinds\Orion\ .

any body can help onthis.
