I'm currently evaluating NPM for an enterprise network for a customer across approx 200 devices (mostly Cisco switching, routing, firewall etc). We need to meet some SLA's in terms of packet loss and latency across the whole network ie 0 < 1% packet loss & < 50ms latency (RTT).
However the packet loss calculation shown in NPM appears to be only a moving average across the last 10 polls and this will not be sufficient for my needs.
Question: Can we change the number of polls used to calculate this average percentage packet loss?
