Go into the TECH table and find the row with the admin account name (USER_NAME column) change the 1 in the USE_LDAP_AUTHENTICATION to 0 or NULL then in the PASSWORD column for that row clear out the content of that cell and type in a password.
Save the changes and you should be able to login
