yes. I just reproduced it again, and it's definitely been monitored for
more than 10 minutes now. It appears that it has to get through the 10
minute rollup..... I ran a query 5 times right before 6 PM and the # of
executions was unavailable in the mouseover, but it showed up as soon as
it was 6:01, and the tab then worked.
