could you please run SNMP MIB Browser and look if you have any data in SNMP tables 1.3.6.1.2.1.4.21 (routes), 1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2 (interfaces) and 1.3.6.1.2.1.31.1.1 (interfaces extended)?
